I had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. The bellboys and reception team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, and the check-in process was quick and smooth.
The housekeeping team deserves a special mention. I honestly haven’t come across such energetic, friendly, and helpful housekeeping staff before. Every request was handled with a smile, and I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for anything I needed. Their dedication and willingness to help really made my stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent — just around a 10-minute walk from Masjid Al Haram. The hotel also provides a 24-hour complimentary shuttle service, which is extremely convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby as well.
Overall, it was definitely worth the price, and I’m very happy with my stay. Insha’Allah, I will definitely choose this place again for my next Umrah. Highly recommended! ⭐️

It was near Haram, 15-20 minutes walk, aircon was great
Toilet wasn’t tidy, sewage smell.
