This place was amazing!! My kids absolutely loved it!!! Plenty big enough for us and they even had dishes available to use for kids!!! It was truly exceptional and will be coming back in the future.

Location, size and cleanliness

Nice place - clean. comfortable. Very nice touch that the owners left both a free pass to the nearby Aquarium and also a parking pass to the nearby private beaches. Really beautiful island, so overall a nice stay once I got into the house. However there was a substantial delay of 90+ mins after I arrived before I was able to enter the premises. Good thing I didn't have to use a bathroom after driving a long distance!!

Access was poor. I was given a door code. It didn't work. I tried it 5+ times. I called the number for help. They told me to keep trying... Eventually they told me there was a backup lockbox outside. I looked around and there was no lockbox anywhere visible near the door. I found a lockbox downstairs in the parking area by a basement door. So I tried that with the lockbox code provided. It did not work. They asked me if there was any other lockbox nearby. I said no - I didn't see one. By then it was 8pm and dark. I called back again and asked them to send someone with a key. I waited 45 mins but nobody came. Friendly neighbors came over and told me EVERYTIME SOMEONE ARRIVES THERE IS A PROBLEM GETTING IN. In fact the neighbors themselves had stayed in the same unit and they also had troubles and delays getting in. The neighbor said "It's surprising they don't fix this problem because we see people waiting outside a lot. You'd think they would not want to deal with sending somebody out every time." After 90 mins waiting in the dark, I called again. This was the third call to the management company. This time the person answering had more information. They informed me that there was a second lockbox behind you when you are looking at the door. It was on post fence somewhat hidden by a hanging planter. It would have been impossible to find in the dark. This time the lockbox code did work and I was able to get in. I arrived at 7pm and had wanted to look around the island and buy dinner. But I didn't get in till after 8:45 pm and by then, the few restaurants on the island were closed. I was actually worried that I was going to have to sleep in my car the first night because despite 3 calls to the manager, nobody showed up to help. I get it that mistakes are made and access with lockboxes is not always smooth.
