De ligging is top. Eerste ring met direct zicht op het strand. Rustig en parkeren is geen probleem. Het contact met de verhuurder is zeer prettig!! Reageerd snel en eerder inchecken was mogelijk.
Wat ons tegen viel is dat gezien de hoge prijs (zeker voor spanje), het niet schoon is. Er lag nog eten van de vorige huurders in de diverse kastjes. Deze waren open en/of over de datum. De koelkast diepvries en ovens zijn al lange tijd niet gepoetst. Net als de hoeken en en plinten
