Great communication with wonderful owners, private room actually tiny but with enough space to keep your stuff in order (shelves, clothes hanger, desk), 2 shared bathrooms with all needed cosmetics, fully equipped shared kitchen, shared laundry with all laundry detergents for use. Possibility to leave luggage at the house, before or after check in. Quite neighborhoud, 15 mins by car to downtown or around 45 mins by public transport (bus + 1 line or 15 mins walk + 1 line). Highly recommended. Thank you for the fantastic stay.

Not far from light rail station, there's a Safeway supermarket nearby, quite neighborhood, spacious and clean shared bathroom.
One of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed, tell the property owner if your phone is not open to international calls because the property owner sends check-in instructions last minute to your cell phone and if your phone is not open to international calls you are stuck at the gate until a kind neighbour text to the property owner.
