casa galleggiante molto carina, confortevole e pulita. immersa nel porto turistico in mezzo alle barche, collegata da una passeggiata, molto affascinante al tramonto, al centro di Cagliari "via Roma " in soli 15 minuti. sicuramente una experience particolare , con tutti i confort da provare. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente onesta.

Struttura molto carina, con un bel paesaggio suggestivo attorno. Buona posizione e personale disponibile. Bellissima la terrazza per prendere il sole o per fare aperitivo al tramonto. Bar a due passi vicino al porto molto carino, con un bel menù vario.
La consiglio a chi vuole provare qualcosa di nuovo per qualche notte.
Purtroppo la struttura sarebbe molto molto bella ma necessita di qualche ritocco qua e là.
Abbiamo trovato qualche macchia sui cuscini, la doccia che perdeva acqua da sotto, la tavoletta del water che si muoveva, il bidet aggiustato con lo scotch, alcuni pezzi che pendevano dalle pareti e il corrimano delle scale per salire sul tetto che traballava.
Manutenzione che la renderebbe il top perché è già bella di suo a parere mio.
Poi ci hanno fornito un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 persone per 3 giorni, era impossibile farla bastare.

L’idea della casa galleggiante ed anche la struttura sorprendente! Grande spaziosa bella veranda cucina ok con cialde caffe!! Insomma molto accogliente . Ottima posizione panorama da paura dalla finestra della stanza

Nice bright living and dining area. Nice roof deck. Nice location.
Very hard to find. It was easy to get the keys but hard to know which of the seven keys were the door key and hard to find the houseboat. There were no instructions inside the house at all to use the hot plate or TV. There was no toilet paper after the first day.
