Location, pet friendly, all kitchen utensils and cook wear available, very good AC

Only 2 towels per bedroom for first 2 days but clean ones were delivered and had plenty

Great location. Was close to the beach. The decks were great for relaxing.

Was outdated. Past renters didn’t clean up after their dog.

Our family really enjoyed our time here. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to the beach. The place was clean and we were able to totally relax.

We had a numeric key for entry which was nice. Parking was spacious. The location was great, quiet and away from the main traffic closer to town. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed a couple of the books and puzzles that were available. We didn't watch much on the TV but thank you for the option. WIFI was greatly appreciated. The new decks were very nice and have good views. We also appreciated the outdoor shower area, nice not to track sand inside. We had plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the dove brand toiletries was nice.

The keurig machine was broken. (We notified guest services upon arrival, but it was not fixed/replaced before we left.) The beach umbrella was missing a part so we couldn't use it. One of the lounge chairs was broken, and both dirty (but outside so reasonable). The house needs a little attention, but nothing terribly bad. ie thresholds missing from the floor between rooms. The 2 biggest things that were bad for us was 1. The kitchen. Surfaces were wiped, but it could use a deep clean. We found kitchen ware in the cabinets dirty (used and not washed). 2. the sofas. I am assuming it was food on the sofa cushions, plus they were just terribly uncomfortable. I love the look/style, but not comfortable at all.
