The location was amazing. The bed was comfortable as was the size of the villa for 2 people.
The pool could have done with some additional cleaning while we were staying there

Access to keys was extremely easy, the host kept in touch to ensure there was someone to receive us when we arrived. The communication was great overall with both check-in/out kindly facilitated by a host representative.
There were two things that would have made our experience that much more comfortable:
1. Pool light didn't work - The pool didn't have a working light so we couldn't use the pool at night. I expressed this to the host and was told it would be fixed the following day, that didn't happen and it was a shame as we couldn't use the pool that night either.
2. The hot water and water from the bidet had an interesting smell, like sulphur, I am not sure what the issue is here perhaps it is the mains in the area so may be a hard on to fix. We mainly used the cold water and that was perfectly fine.
