The owners were responsive on WhatsApp; they were fine. It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t ever return. There is a well-stocked shop nearby. We had a car; from the main road you have to climb a long, steep uphill to reach the house.
The location is far from any beach, partly due to the terrible traffic in Mahé. The house is aged; everything is old and there is a musty, unventilated smell. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not ventilated and any cooking odors dissipate very slowly. In addition, the gas stove quickly heats up the entire house. No one came to clean for four days. I washed the bathroom towels myself and took out the trash.

Communication with the owner was nice, we were suggested to have a great dinner. Also, good price-value ratio.
The kitchen was not great - not enough of amenities, trashes were not taken out daily and overall it was not nice to make food there. Room without proper window and no space to hang wet clothes.
