Lokalita - samotný areál je veľmi pekný. Má vlastné priestranné parkovisko pod kamerou. Možnosť sedenia v záhrade. Pekné jazierko v záhrade. Celý areál je čistý, upravený , má pekný záhradný design.
Z popisu ubytovacieho zariadenia som pochopila, že hosťom je k dispozícii kuchynka. Kuchynka v zariadení slúži len na podávanie raňajok, nie napr. na večernú kávu, čaj. Drobným negatívom sú chýbajúce sieťky proti hmyzu na oknách . Keďže počas nášho príchodu bolo teplo a okno muselo byť stále otvorené, mravce sa dostali do izby.

Raňajky ,síce každý deň cca rovnaké,ale najedli sme sa dostatočne.
Chýbal olivový olej na zeleninku,pestrejšie druhy zeleniny na raňajkách. Tenké steny-sadrokartón,počuť všetku komunikáciu od susedov.
