The room was smart, modern and well equipped.
The reception team were all polite and friendly as were the "Front" team running the bar area.
Entertainment Thursday and Friday evening was good. Sky sports big screen Sunday pm for those who cannot miss a match. Room was serviced daily too, which was not expected. All in all very happy with our stay.
It would have been nice if the rooftop pool area had been available. I did not realise in quiet months it would be shut.
Located just back from the harbour a view was limited, but that mattered little to us.

The food was amazing, and so many of the bar staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and just genuinely lovely.
A special mention to Alex, Amean and Zoran, who really stood out. The hotel staff overall were great too, and Miguel was especially helpful, making sure we were properly settled in and comfortable from the start.
I usually struggle with a bad back whenever I stay somewhere that isn’t my own bed, but surprisingly I had no issues at all here, which says a lot about the comfort.
This is definitely a hotel you should choose to stay at.
We also checked out the diving centre attached to the hotel, Ritual, and we will 100% be back in the summer months to go diving. They even have a dedicated scuba pool in the hotel, so your first experience is in a controlled environment rather than straight into the sea, which is perfect if you’re feeling a bit nervous. I believe this is the only hotel in all of Gozo/Malta that have this. There is even a window so you can watch if you're not participating.
