Super Wohnung. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung war sehr sauber und super eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Die Verwaltung der Wohnung ist inakzeptabel. Gegenüber dem Preis auf Booking.com wollte man per mail nach der Buchung 110 für die Reinigung und 45 CHF für die Wäsche. Beides war im Booking- Inserat nicht erwähnt. Die Angabe, wo wir den Wohnungsschlüssel finden, war unvollständig und unklar. Per Zufall haben wir den Schlüssel gefunden. Es gab keine Information, dass es eine Tiefgarage im Haus gibt und wie wir in die Garage kommen. Deshalb haben wir einen Tag im öffentlichen Parkhaus parkiert und dafür Geld bezahlt. Es gab keine Information, dass es einen Skiraum gibt mit einem Schrank, der mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel zu öffnen war. Es gab keine Information, wohin man den Abfall bringen muss. Man musste selbst die Betten abziehen. Das ist nicht üblich.
