The staff were very accommodating with our (extremely) early 5am arrival. We stayed here for two nights separated by a night elsewhere, and we were able to leave our main luggage safely with the staff while we enjoyed a homestay.
The hostel was clean and tidy, with helpful staff.
There was a lot of noise (music, which fortunately we all enjoyed) until about 11pm/midnight, but I suspect this is mostly because Arequipa is a large city/town and that's the way of it. We weren't significantly impacted but lighter sleepers might want to take note.
Tepid showers. (This seems to be a thing in Peru.)

Just a hostel with a bed in single room, no shampoo, no shower gel... only one small soap
Wifi was okay, room is clean, bed too. Thats all I can say you get a bed in the room thats it.
No hot water, be prepared to use cold water
