A nice and clean house in Tromvik. There are great hiking trails nearby and the views are amazing. The house was perfect for five people, but there was only one toilet, which sometimes caused a queue. Special thanks for the handy cordless vacuum cleaner, which made it easy to keep things clean.
During our visit, the tap water in Tromvik was adviced to boil before drinking. Seemed that the boil advice had been effective for a while and it was not a new issue. This could have been communicated better in advance, we only found out the night before. We found information online that drinking water could be obtained from the gas station next to the nearest Eurospar store, so we took advantage of this opportunity during our shopping trip.

Location was nicely remote, we had all the space and Tromvik itself has a nice and small restaurant. We had enough to walk/hike, even with all the snow. Recommend doing this when the sky is clear but doing it while its snowing is a experience on its own to!

The home was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The hot tub was a big plus for us as my dream vacation was to see the Northern lights while sitting in a hot tub.
A plus and a minus was the remote location. Although only 27 miles from the Tromso airport, 1/2 of that distance is on narrow, curvy mountain roads, which can be daunting in winter. We stayed for three weeks in January and average time to get to Tromso waterfront was 1 hour and 20 minutes. The plus is that we saw Norrhern Lights from a hot tub and had an amazing view.

Es war perfekt. Das Haus war groß. Die Umgebung war traumhaft! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich! Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight. Wir konnten auch jeden Abend die Nordlichter sehen!
