Keyless entry, so no keys to collect, but from arrival to checkout, things were easy, spelled out in directions. The kitchen was modern, clean, and fully stocked. We easily cooked for a family of 10. Kids enjoyed movie time before winding down for the day. Teens loved the hot tub. The view from the living room is incredible and sitting outside to view the sunset was worth the bug bites :).
The winding road down is a bit crazy with a few spots scarier than others. It's harder in an SUV bc you can't see the sides. Easier in a sedan.
