Good location. Beautiful garden. Beautiful house. Well equipped and clean. Nice pool!

There seemed to be some plastic material peeling off the pool bottom and sides. Maybe a waterproofing material that didn’t work?

All was perfect. They have a beautiful pool that is cleaned constantly. The garden is spectacular and also they have a person that comes and does the cleaning. As location you have a small beach 🏖️ at 8 min walk that is almost private and very nice if you have kids the water is not deep. We visited spetses island you have ferry ⛴️ from Costa and also taxi bots. It was spectacular experience is also 20 minutes from the property the port. We also visited Nafplion beautiful beaches and also the citadel. The location has also everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, and also dryer. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning grate. The barbecue area is grate to have a night meal and play a game and also 2 cats 🐈 are very nice play attraction for the kids. Also as we stayed 10 nights the cleaning was made handled one time by the manager and all the shits were changed and everything cleaned up 🧹. We also agent to a nice “farmer market” with local products and we had an excelent communication with the manager and also with the owner. They helped us with lots of info about the place, what to visit, where to buy authentic food / drinks 😀 As we traveled with a baby we had from the property the baby cot and everything we need. For sure we will come also next year.
