Gorgeous and Lovely Apartment

Bien positionner sur la corniche en face de la Mer , belle vue , appartement confortable avec tout le nécessaire

Beaucoup de circulation sur la corniche , ce qui crée une gêne auditive . Tout le reste était nickel

Excellent location for beach, night life and fairly close to shops. Spacious apartment. Have all the cutlery etc that you need... Nespresso machine was a nice touch.

Bed and bedding quality was very poor.... Needs to be updated. Dishwasher doesn't work well ( I used fairy platinum premium pods). It probably needs salt and rinse aid and a service. Slight leak from the washing machine. On the first night after a shower got out the shower to find the floor flooding from I don't know where. Flooded all the way to the bed in the bedroom. Was too late to contact the host. Wanted a waterfront apartment not waterfront bed. Judging by the state of the bathroom doors this has happened before a few times. Host was great the next day and got it sorted by the afternoon. It's a nice flat with a responsive host (as long as it's not after midnight). I was a bit annoyed though that after initially agreeing a late check out (5pm)our flight was at 8pm... The host was not able to accommodate us and asked to leave by 2pm. Didn't help that my son was wasn't well either. But I did understand that it's at their discretion... But would have been able to plan better if i knew that it may not have been possible earlier in the stay. It's a nice property but could do with upgrading the beds and bedding and washing appliances. Oh yes and fixing the lock on the bathroom door...I think others have complained about that before as well so I was expecting that.

The location is outstanding. The view is great. The wifi and the TV are really good. The decor is good enough for a holiday.

Our host was not contactable for 2 hours after we reached. This is clearly not a full-time job for him, and he was away without access to his phone. There was a miscommunication to him from our side about our arrival time, but we updated him with the correct arrival time more than 3 hours before we reached. Yet, he claims he was away from his phone and didn't see his messages and didn't respond to calls either. It was a massive hassle for us, since we are a group with three children and we were reaching Tangier after a long flight from Dubai to Casablanca and a train journey from Casablanca to Tangier. I thought it was unacceptable that the host was unreachable and didn't have any information or plan for us once we got there. A big big black mark. The home was pretty ok..one of the two bedrooms is very small and has two single beds but we managed fine. However - the bathroom doors were both broken and wouldn't lock. Despite us complaining to the host, he didn't even come to inspect it or attempt to fix it. The airconditioning was erratic. We complained about this too..no solution was given. Overall - good apartment, great location and pretty good views. But they need a better host. For the price we were paying, we surely deserved better than this third rate service.
