Convenience for airport, pool was quite nice. Day time receptionist was lovely.
It didn't feel very welcoming. I arrived late and it felt like I was a nuisance. The room felt very tired. No hairdryer ether, very unusual for a hotel which claims to be 4 star. No offer of a room to change in/shower after the day and before my flight. I was just sent to the pool toilets, again... disappointing for a 4 star

Location was great , short walking distance to everything that was needed :restaurants shops and many more. Pool was amazing , plenty of sun lounges with relaxing atmosphere. Rooms very spacious

The pool was great. Always got a sun lounger no matter what time off day. The staff were great and came and dealt with any problem I had. The bar was good value. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfy.
My balcony faced a fence with trees and mud so didn’t use it. There were ants in the bathroom when I arrived and also hairs on the bed. They came a dealt with it straight away. It was noisy at times with people up and down the stairs and in the apartment above but not late a night just in the mornings. It was August so i expected it with the kids holiday.
