It was very comfy and quiet for sleeping. Great location. Owner’s mom met us and she is very nice. We liked that on the hottest days, we could come in and shower as we entered.
The only suggestion is for a small fan for the kitchen. The stairs are a challenge, but if you plan your day, they are reasonable.

Excellent location, lots of amenities, bedrooms were spacious
There were lots of stairs making it unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. Very small living space.
