Perfectly situated, relaxed boutique hotel with warm and welcoming staff

Lovely rooms around a traditional courtyard with welcoming staff who take care of you throughout your stay. The location is a short walk from the town center but quiet and safe.

The stay was just OK for me; for the price I expect coffee in the room

The breakfast was great

Coffee needs to be available in the room; the staff did not read the traveler very well and there was no privacy upon entering or exiting the hotel. It did not feel as though you could come and go at your leisure without intrusive questioning/inquiry. Breakfast service needs to start earlier than 8 am.

A few days in Oaxaca

Perfect location, very calm, friendly staff, very delicious breakfast, possibility to open windows to get fresh air, birds singing, comfortable bed.

Very high price for a very simply room. No tea or coffe or kettle in a room, just one chair in a room, very poor toiletters.

Best hotel in Oaxaca!

Super friendly staff, really attentive to guests. Really helpful with tour information and booking. Went out of their way to give us snacks and breakfast before we left for the tour, even though we left before the kitchen opened. Great location, really close to restaurants and main city attractions. Comfy beds and nice rooms, really clean as well. Best one I stayed in Oaxaca.

The service provided by all, and I mean, all of the employees. Walking distance to everything important (!) in the city. 24 hrs service, really, and always with a huge smile!
