The red lights from the mains sockets in the bedroom were very bright and could not be switched off.

Poor

Insist to speak French. Apartment was not 300m, but 1500m away from the center. Discrepancies between booking.com charges and local charge. I had to pay more than I have booked in booking.com. Honestly it was probably my fault as I was tiered and had not all the booking data ready. A bad rating, because I think that these differences between booking.com and local situation is bad.

nice pool and location

the nice location and beautiful view from the pool, the hobby room with a table tennis and fitness room.

the stairs to climb after a long trekking if you stay on the last floor, the old showers, the fact that you kick your head each time you go to bed or go out of bed, the dirty bank. it needs a good renovation for sure.

Dissapointing old and dirty, not at all what the pictures show...

Very disapointing room and general state of the building. Our room wasn't at all what you see on the pictures Old, very dirty, dust everywhere, spider webs, several dead flies in the kitchen (that had been there for quite a while). Dangerous 220V sockets falling out of the wall exposing 220V wires. Lose carpets on stairs, tripping hazard. Shower right in the bedroom...... Cracks in walls, poor paint jobs etc etc.

J'ai apprécié l'espace du chalet et le fait qu'il soit indépendant. Belle vue. La personne qui nous a reçus à notre départ.

L'équipement obsolète. Un canapé défoncé, un lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnait pas. Les toilettes en mauvais état.

Ressourçant et sympathique

Le faite d’avoir des salle commune (salle de jeu par exemple) nous a permis de passer de bon moment en groupe et de rencontrer du monde

Jammer genoeg héél veel. We hebben 30min moeten wachten tot we iemand zagen. En als we hem zagen maakte hij dan nog misplaatste grapjes over een flesje olie dat ons bezorgde als zeep. Zeker als je een ketting met een kruis draagt. Ik heb geen probleem met verouderd materiaal maar wel met verschillende insecten en spinnenwebben in de kamer. Kringen op muren plasterwerk die afpelt. OMG

Rapport qualité prix attractif, piscine disponible, cuisine par appartement pour limiter les frais.

Apparemment pas très ergonomique mais assez pratique (2 douches/2 wc mais un peu étroit, pas de patère pour accrocher le linge dans les douches serait un plus)

Punaises de lit qui se sont manifestées la 2eme nuit par de nombreuses piqures sur le corps des 2 personnes présentes. Très gênés par ces piqures que le responsable de l’hôtel a bien vues, mais qui n'a pas pu proposé de chambre de remplacement nous avons écourté notre séjour ( 2 nuits au lieux de 3 ) . Aucun remboursement pour la 3ème nuit qui avait été payée.

Le gite: situé au deuxième étage sous les toits, les chambres borgnes sans aération avec juste des vélux bloqués. Cuisine spacieuse mais matériel de cuisine vétuste Seules les fenêtres de la cuisine / salle à manger s'ouvrent et permettent une aération du gite. Mais sont au dessus des cuisines du restaurant laissant entrer les odeurs et les bruits de cuisine, les discussions du personnel de cuisine prenant l'air, cela tard dans la soirée.

L'accueil et le restaurant très bien, les 2 gîtes pas top au niveau propreté et vestuté à revoir

Le personnel était vraiment super et à l'écoute de nos besoins, la piscine était vraiment un bon plus avec la vue formidable Le repas était vraiment super bien aussi, on a très bien mangé !

Les deux gîtes : le gîte de 10 était vraiment sale et très vieux, cela mériterait un coup de travaux sans problème. De plus une seule salle de bain avec un seul toilette pour 10 ce n'est pas le top. Le gîte de 4 était correcte dans l'ensemble, le confort des lits était moyen.

Der Pool ist gut und neu und eine Wohltat nach einer Tag auf der Route des grandes Alpes Der tolle Pool mit Aussicht Restaurant und Bar sehen nett aus (nicht ausprobiert) Schöne Aussicht aus den Fenstern Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung, wenn man den Pool nutzt

Restliches Gebäude und unsere Zimmer wirken wirklich sehr alt, eine Grundrenovierung und neues Mobiliar ist überfällig

Séjour décevant.

La région qui est très belle .

Pas très accueillant. Logement en mauvais état. Toilettes cassés. Rambarde des escaliers qui se détache du mur. Un des lits complètement poncé (grincements +++). Pas d’accès à la piscine. Tout en travaux. De notre chalet vue sur un chantier.
