Not as good as I was expecting.

Clean and spacious

Sold as a spa retreat, but treatments are only available if you book days in advance or there is no one there who can do anything. Spa is ok, but not really a destination. Too many small children for it to be relaxing. Changing rooms were cramped and full of children.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the female manager

Very nice reception and breakfast staff, swimming pool, hammam.

We were in Sursee for work, and unfortunately, I made a mistake and booked the room for one night less than intended. Around midday, I received a message from the hotel saying that if we did not vacate the room by 13:00, they would charge us for an additional night. I immediately called and explained that we could return within 30 minutes to collect our belongings. The female manager told me: “You don’t need to come we will remove your things ourselves, but you will still have to pay for an extra night.” When my friend arrived before 13:00, she found that all our belongings had already been removed by the staff and dumped in a pile in a storage room. This means the room was already cleared by the hotel before 13:00, yet they still insisted on charging a full extra night (CHF 195). This behaviour was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Yes, I made a booking mistake, but this does not justify such treatment removing guests’ belongings without care and demanding full payment for a room that was already vacated.

I would not stay at the hotel again but visit the spa as a guest

The spa was nice and the beds were comfortable

The room had no AC and with 30 degrees outside the room was always muggy and warm. The fan helped me sleep but it was not fun staying in the room. The corridor outside had better air. The breakfast was not really great and the massage I booked was underwhelming

Good wellness for a fair price

The hotel is located very close to shops and it is also close to the train station. the room was bigger than I expected. the wellness area was the best part of our stay. the water is warm and the whole swimmingpool area has a nice environment, especially with the lights. It was really great that we could use the wellness area (sauna is for naked use which we are not fancy to try).

The gym is just below the floor where the rooms can be found. So in the morning there was a loud music and shouting of the instructor, easily heard in our room. The breakfast area is very small, but the biggest disappointment was the selection of food. It is very basic and only a few stuff to eat. Even on Monday the buffet hasn‘t been refilled so had to eat what we found, however it was one hour before the closing time of breakfast. On the other hand the food was fresh and delicious. There is no visitor card or something similar which you can use for traveling on the public transport or gets discounts on admission fees. Our room has been fully cleaned for the next guests before we have even checked out and just went for a walk in the morning and put our stuff in the car but wanted to return to the room before leaving the hotel.

The swimming pool and the spa area were just great. Also rooms were very specious. Good breakfast was also included in the price.

Our room was pretty close to the breakfast room, so we started hearing noises already as of 6 am.

The bathroom not very practical, too small, can't hang used towels anywhere. And can't sit straight on the toilet. I had trouble sitting because of my legs problems.

The spa facilities / pool were very good, very well equipped play room for kids and free childcare for those staying in the hotel was a nice bonus Breakfast also very tasty

- no restaurant at the facility, breakfast only - location.. ugh. We didn't quite realize while booking that the hotel is in the middle of shopping/industry district. Town center may be in walking distance but in practice not as not a walkable area. A major road nearby, too - the room was rather stuffy at night with windows closed, and after opening the windows you could hear the road

It was fine overall but I am doubt if I will go back.

We reserved 3 rooms for 6 people (2 double and 1 with twin beds). The twin room was really nice and a good size. All three rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The advantages of this hotel are - easy distance from train station, good gym and pools, massage centre.

The two double rooms were really small. The toilet/ shower was a disappointment and really difficult to use. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK - standard for a small hotel with the usual array of croissants and breads. The orange juice was not fresh but poured out of a carton.

Not a bad stay, but not the kind you absolutely want to come back to.

Communication was very professional with a message beforehand our stay about the new 2G+ rules for wellness. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big, calm and clean. Location is a 7min walk from the train station. Big selection of food at breakfast

The memory foam mattress feels very weird and is not too comfy. The interior of the hotel is packed with stuff of all sorts to the point where it's kind of irritating to the eye. Missing the concept of wellness / health at breakfast selection (no plant-based milk, no plain yoghurt)
