Hotel Phenicusa

They have a beach with chairs and parasols. Super comfy.

One person of the staff in particular. There is a lady serving breakfast who was rude to us from the very first day. My teenage daughter answered back to me and the waitress who wasn’t involved in the conversation rolled her eyes in a judgmental way. I found it rude. From that day onwards she made everything difficult. For instance, one morning we arrived at 9.10 for breakfast (on time) and she said there was nothing left at that time as if we were late. The first day that we were on time, 8’ clock is the start for breakfast, she told us off for starting to serve ourselves at the buffet. We felt mortified. She should have apologised for being late instead. Also, we were only looking for water, not even putting food in our plates. She Cè rely say us wirh glasses looking for jugs of water and she didn’t say the water was in a big tank behind us. Another day, I asked if eggs were coming since normally there were some and she rudely answered it was not a restaurant but a buffet and that we’d had to just eat what was on offer. While she was saying that, her collegue came with eggs. She just wants to be un pleasant and unhelpful for oli reason. We never ate at the restaurant of the hotel in the evening as we didn’t want to meet her.

La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte al porto con una terrazza sul mare spettacolare

La pulizia del bagno (ho trovato una forcina a terra e un po' di sporco).l, questo vuol dire non aver ripassato con un minimo di attenzione. La vista da su un muro e pazienza, ma il balconcino era proprio sporco.

Tornerei all'hotel Phenicusa altre mille volte. La posizione é incredibile, lo staff di accoglienza, quello dei ristoranti e della colazione é stato veramente gentile e ci ha fatte sentire a casa. L'isola ti rimane dentro anche perché come la guardi dall'hotel Phenicusa non la guardi da nessuna parte.

Ripeto tornerei altre mille volte. Ma se proprio devo dire qualcosa io punterei un po' di più sulla cura delle stanze. Al mattino mancavano sempre o delle asciugamani o la carta igienica, dettagli che si possono sicuramente sistemare con più attenzione verso le camere. Per il resto ripeto, non si dimentica più ciò che si vive al Phenicusa.

Mi è piaciuto molto il paesaggio sul mare e la colazione, che era molto ricca e variegata.

La pulizia non era impeccabile, la doccia è con una tenda quindi il bagno si allagava. Nella stanza non c'è un televisore.
