Villa Cvetko, 90 m², is the self service accommodation for 6 people, with the large garden, nicely looked after, with the open swimming pool at disposal to the guests only. 2000 m² plot is also at your disposal. House is next to the place Žminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples. The villa consists of the living room and two bedrooms, with the two private bathroom, the kitchen and the space for dinning. Conditioning and electrical heating facilities are provided.Outside is playgroud with swings and send beach volleyball.

The property is very beautiful and great for children (donkey, chickens, turtles, games, beach volleyball court, etc.). The swimming pool is large, clean and very warm thanks to the very generous climate.
The owners are discreet but very available if needed. And you can taste their local production (wine, grappa, ..)
Shops nearby (dairy, cheese dairy, butcher, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.).
It is an ideal base for visiting the region (Pula, Rovijn, Porec, Brijuni, East Coast, etc.).

Super netter Vermieter und seine Tochter, die sich um uns gekümmert haben. Eigene Kirschen, Eier und Grappa haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt. Für die Kinder waren Esel, Hühner und Schildkröten das Highlight. Das Haus war sehr sauber und richtig gut ausgestattet. Einzig auf unsere Betten Zuhause haben wir uns jetzt wieder gefreut. Der Pool ist absolut toll und wir haben viel entspannte Zeit dort verbracht. Auch den schönen Grill haben wir genutzt. WLAN war hervorragend, vor allem wenn man die Abgeschiedenheit der Anlage bedenkt. Wer also seine Ruhe genießen möchte ist hier richtig. Zminj liegt so, dass man überall gleichweit hinfahren muss. Das fanden wir optimal und war kein Problem. Auto muss aber sein. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank
