One can see that it is a student residence. Still, the stuff is extremely friendly and helpful, the location is great as

Almost to expensive considering quality.

The locations was not very central, but both metro and bus stops very close. The night receptionist was very kind and helpfull.

The size of the rooms didn't bother me though they were small. But they where not very comfortable. Fx nowhere to hang the wet towels (shared bathrooms where you could not hang them), old stained mattresses, very thin sheets. My bed had bedding that looked dirty so I had to ask for new ones which the night guard gave to me. The day after we went out and when we came back the staff had made our beds, but most of our stuff was on the floor where it was not left. We did not get fresh towels and ours were still wet from the shower before. Bathroom cleanliness was not good. No hot water in the shower the first night so we had to take cold showers. No toiletries, not even handsoap in the bathroom. Room cleanliness could have been alot better. The day receptionist was very dry in communications. Not rude, but not very good hosting. The staff member who followed us up when we checked in did not bother with any communications at all, but scrolled through his instagram the whole trip to the room.

Far from the centre, long waiting to check in.

We booked a room with a private bathroom. But it turned out they do not have rooms with a private bathroom, only with a shared. We were waiting for three hours to be checked in.

The receptionist was so rude, we had a problem with the language barrier, he speaks only Spanish and his attitude was annoying. Going into the property he made it clear that we don't have a reservation /payment made through Booking/. The accommodation was clean but it was not said that the bathroom is shared and there were no facilities in.

A great place for all who value good service, nice staff and good facilities. Especially for groups.

The hostel features groups of rooms that are combined to flats with shared living room, shared balcony and shared bathroom facilities. This is ideal for larger groups who travel together. All commonly used facilities are well furnished and quite spacious. There are also rooms of higher standard with exclusive access to additional bathrooms. The rooms are of usual size and very clean. The staff members are very nice and go to great lengths to meet the wishes of the guests. They provide any advice you need for your stay and help you in any way they can. The fees for the stay include a great breakfast buffet that exceeds what you would get in hostels and most hotels. Croissants, fresh fruits, pastries, Spanish ham and so on.

There is not much to criticise: though the hostel is not located in the center itself, one can easily reach it by bus. The price, though being a little above those of some other hostels in that area, is still very good, especially if you consider all the services that are included.

Superb

Great hotel location with a very nice personnel. The location is 20 minutes away from the centre, which in my opinion is better (the city centre is too noisy). The area is very calm and the residence overlooks a beautiful garden. There is a bus stop (called “Louis Pasteur”, about 4 min down) that leads to the city centre (line 11 in direction of El Palo P. Virginia) where you stop at “Plaza de la Marina”. From there you can easily reach the centre on feet. Also a metro station is nearby (Ciudad de la Justicia), from which you can make connections to/from the airport (using line L1 in destination of El Perchel and then at the stop of Avenida de la Velázquez, go out and walk across the avenue (300 m) to reach the BUS stop (also called Avenida de la Velázquez) and take line A (Aeropuerto) that leads to the airport. The opposite route is used to reach the residence. About the personnel, the receptionists, all of them especially the lady with short, grey hair (don’t know her name) is very sweet! She tried her best to speak English and show me around the apartment. In general, the personnel takes care of the residents just as they would with the students. You would feel secure. About the cleanliness, the hotel is very clean. The housekeeper did my room everyday and made sure to change the towels. I appreciated that there was a shampoo and a shower gel in the bathroom. A fridge is also present in the living room. About the breakfast, it’s a basic continental breakfast which is okay. There’s everything you can expect.

Nothing about the property or the personnel itself, at all. The only problem is that, co-living with other guests and sharing the same bathroom, it can become a mess. The guests also were loud at night and slammed doors. I hope the hotel direction can write a note to the residents to keep bathrooms clean for the others to use and to come up with a “silence” policy after 10.00 p.m or something.

El aseo fatal

La amabilidad de los trabajares de la recepción

Estuve 5 días y nunca me limpiaron la habitación ni me cambiaron toallas aún así diciéndolo no lo hicieron, los baños al ser compartidos tiene. Que lavarlos bien pues no los lavan bien y tuve que coger dos habitaciones por que iba con mi hija y según la empresa no se puede estar tres en una habitación me hicieron pagar dos habitaciones de doble cama cada una.

Bien para pasar unos días

Durante mi estancia no he coincidido con nadie personalmente en el piso en el que estaba mi habitación y si no hubiera escuchado algún ruido habría pensado que estaba sola en todo el piso porque todo estaba impecablemente limpio. No he utilizado las zonas comunes pero hay varios espacios para pasar el tiempo.

El colchón me dejó bastante contracturada. Cada vez que vas al baño te tienes que acordar de llevarte tu tarjeta de tu habitación porque si no te quedas fuera, ya que cada habitación tiene su propia cerradura ;-) El día de salida quise hacer el check out pero no había nadie en la recepción, estuve allí 15 min esperando y luego le tuve que pedir a otro señor que estaba allí esperando que entregase la llave por mí ya que tenía un tren y me tenía que ir

Para salir del paso

La ubicación cerca relativamente del recinto ferial y la limpieza.

No había jabón en ninguno de los baños, y hablo de jabón para lavarse las manos, no solo de ducha que por supuesto tampoco había. Muuuy ruidoso, no se puede dormir porque se escucha absolutamente todo. La cama estaba inclinada y coja, así que toda la noche sin moverme por miedo a caerme. La chica que nos atendió para el check in muy desagradable.
