Brand new, clean and spacious room.
Request to contact off-site (WhatsApp) for check.in instructions. did that the day before arriving and was asked to contact again the next day for the instructions. You have to go through 3 doors with different long pin-codes to get to your room.

It is an apartment in a residential building. Heavy security. Well arranged, equipped and managed to a midscale hotel room standard. Everything worked fine.
Early check out. The over presence of security (the bank vault sounding lock, cameras everywhere...). I am more of hotel guest type than an apartment guest one.
