Location was excellent Main internal sitting and dining areas were spacious. Outdoor eating areas were good. Swimming pool good.

Property suffered from a lack of routine maintenance eg tap in one ensuite sink was hanging off, air conditioning not working in main bedroom, pool cover opening instructions were incomplete, front door lock insecure and replaced by locksmith during our stay, artificial turf surrounding pool had to be cleared of leaves etc to make it look presentable. Agents quick to respond when informed of issues but a thorough inspection of the property beforehand would have identified our concerns. The plumber, the electrician, the locksmith and the pool maintenance man whom we met during our stay were all very pleasant and helpful people. We were never short of visitors! The ensuite facilities were "interesting" - one shower room was so small that it was impossible to shower without soaking everything else. Some of the owner's clothes were left in guest wardrobe. Fourth bedroom and its ensuite facilities were tired - mirror fell off the wall during our stay when the nail it was hanging on fell out. This area was also used as a storage facility for pool equipment. Utility room has seen a lot of use!
