a waste of money

the place is clean and nice.

- horrible location , no restaurant and uber available - didn’t feel safe walking to places at all - it’s on third floor without a lift so not practical for long stay with kids - the jac-cosy was set on 40 degrees and it was forbidden to change the temperature so it was impossible to use it more than 10 minutes!! - they didn’t give us wifi and password and when we asked by sms, they said it’s written on the modem but it didn’t work. so for two days we did not have a wifi!! - the person who passed the key and introduced us to the house was not very welcoming! even when we asked about restaurant we didn’t get proper answer! we left one night earlier as didn’t have anything interesting to do !!

En revanche, très très compliqué de contacter le personnel. Une semaine que j’attends ma caution et c’est un robot qui me répond.

Hygiëne, vieze borden, gordijnen salon gaten in, jacuzzi cover kapot, vieze sofa, onderlaken bed ruw en kapot gewassen, sauna had gebarsten zitbank, in kaarshouder op tafel lag nog verfrommeld chocoladepapier van vorige huurder. Slippers aan jacuzzi waren vies en niet proper gemaakt na vorige huurder. Dan kreeg ik een bericht dat wij lawaai maakten maar wij lagen al in ons bed!! Vreselijke ervaring. Ik kan maar 4 foto's uploaden anders had ik er meer!

Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten und das Beste daraus machen!

Das Jacuzzi sowie das Sonnendach, welches geöffnet werden kann. Die Aussicht war schön, wenn man nicht nach unten schaut.

Die Zufahrt zum Appartement ist eine Herausforderung! Der Bürgersteig benötigt Jeep Räder. Das Appartement war nicht wirklich sauber. Es roch sehr stickig. Die Laken der Betten hatten Löcher. Das Bettlaken der Schlafcouch war schmutzig und war definitiv nicht gewechselt worden. Die Sauna konnte zu zweit nicht benutzt werden, weil die Holzpanelen beschädigt waren, und man somit nicht zu zwei darin sitzen konnte. Die ständige Aufstellung der Kosten per WhatsApp: - falls wir das Appartement später verlassen würden und nachbuchen möchten - Kosten bei Überschreitung der Abreisezeit -Kosten die anfallen bei längerem Aufenthalt oder Fehlverhalten, waren nur anstrengend. Ebenso war das Appartement, erst nicht wie angekündigt um 17 Uhr zu beziehen, wir konnten erst um 17.30 Uhr.rein. Auch haben wir nur auf mehrtägiger Nachfragen unsere Kaution erstattet bekommen.

В общем нам понравилось за исключением нескольких минусов

Было комфортно находиться там. Тепло внутри квартиры, благодаря хорошим кондиционерам. Все сделано с заботой и любовью, это чувствуется. Мы получили презент в виде бутылочки секта. Вид был великолепен, потолок можно убрать и смотреть на звезды. Вы находитесь на высоте и смотрите вниз. Прекрасное ощущение.

Под диваном много пыли и поэтому мы не стали его раскладывать что бы поспать. Сауна не полноценна, она не теплая как полагается. Но я не знаю чего стоит ожидать от саун, которые находятся в квартирах. Это подобие сауны. При заезде мы перевели залог 150€. Его нам вернули только через 5 дней после выезда.
