Location is good close to the shops, restaurants and beach

It was dirty when we arrived, the owner said that the cleaner forgot to come to clean the apartment.

We tried to spend as little time as possible in the apartment, as it was not clean, very dark, hot & loud. We couldn

It was close to the beach (even though the sea was filthy and we weren‘t supposed to go in. We were warned about this by strangers, but not by the host.)

It wasn‘t properly cleaned. It was really loud, the ac leaked & we had to fix it. The whole apartment was dark & didn‘t look at all like the pictures. There a hole in one of the walls in the bedrooms.

Beautiful Rapallo!

Lovely apartment, in a fantastic location in the centre of Rapallo. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and transport. A very nice apartment building, quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Superbe emplacement à côté du "castello di Rapallo" et du centre-ville et bon rapport qualité / prix

Appartement idéalement placé au cœur de la magnifique ville de Rapallo. Appartement propre et spacieux,bien équipé même si la salle de bain est un peu étroite. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il manque un micro- onde et une bouilloire. Parking petit mais gratuit à 300m (parcheggio Escivá) et en janvier,il a été facile de trouver une place. Self check-in (out) un peu fastidieux (un lien pour payer la taxe de séjour et un autre pour entrer les informations )et messages de la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement un peu impersonnels et expéditifs mais très réactifs.

Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées phonétiquement(la rue est bruyante)et seule la chambre avec le lit double possède des volets...des rideaux opaques seraient les bienvenus ! Dans la chambre et la cuisine il y a une trappe ou un trou caché par un carton(voir photo)... installer des portes seraient un plus! Dans la douche,le pommeau a visiblement été changé mais il n'y a rien pour l'accrocher.

Апартаменты были чистыми, убраны перед нашим приездом. 2 минуты до пляжа. Наличие всей необходимой посуды. Удобные матрасы и большие, теплые одеяла, что было важно для отдыха в октябре. Было предоставлено много банных полотенец. Владелец был все время на связи, это было приятно.

Не хватало микроволновки и чайника, это не то что бы критично, но было бы комфортнее и быстрее😉. И так как мы были с детьми в октябре, то им в квартире ночью было немного прохладно, было бы плюсом, если в апартаментах имелся обогреватель.
