The view and access to the beach /SLSC. The house was well set up for a holiday for a family even had two fridges. Bottom is a games room / TV/ pool table /shower/toilet. It has a rustic beach house vibe. We had a very nice stay after Christmas.
The rusty furniture at the bottom outside with some bowls in the kitchen also that had seen better days.

The location is great, and the house was secure. The staff at the local office where we collected the keys were nice.
There is a massive DVD library to choose from!
The facilities at the house are very basic. This is an older property and it feels like the owners just dump their old stuff there, for example there are three old vacuums and assorted oddities scattered around. There is a great big deck with a view but no furniture. While the main living area is air conditioned the bedrooms are not, and this place would likely be very hot in summer.
You have to arrange your own linen - I called to do this and you go through to a call centre. I was quoted $70 for the linen for the whole house for 4 nights, however when I contacted the linen service [you have to do it yourself!] the actual price is $60 per room and the linen provided was average. The kitchen is tiny for the size of the house but serviceable.
The property is managed by a very large company and you can't speak to the local office, only the call centre who didn't seem to have much local information at hand.
