The property was excellent for amenities, comfortable and any issues was sorted out by Joshua, who was a star👍
Nothing with the property, more to do with the environment, neighbours with cockerels and the wild dogs, which are both everywhere around the Philippines

Good value for a group of 6 and hosts were very helpful and friendly
Could have been cleaner and location is not the best if you want to go into Alona area - although we rented scooters and took tricycles which were easy enough to find

Fantastic stay for us, 6 adults, great size upper floor accommodation with 3 big bedrooms air conditioned,2 with ensuites,well appointed kitchen to cook with dining table, comfortable lounge area with tv,nice balcony with view overlooking the crystal clear pool and jacuzzi,gated secure parking,very helpful staff on-site.
Just 1 suggestion would be thinker curtains or drapes in bedrooms

Its a big enough house with all you need, in a nice quiet place away from the tourist areas but within walking distance from some nice restaurants and basics shops.
The toilets did not flush on arrival, but the manager attended to it fast
The access to the pool is very difficult and small passage so not suitible for easy access.
the access to the building involves staircases so not easy for large luggage
The bathrooms floor and shower drains smelled very bad of ammonia that drifted through the bedroom.
