The home was beautiful, extremely well designed, functional, well equipped, complete, well cared for, and unique. Its location was wonderful within walking distance to the historic old town and close to many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, wine and other bars, bookstores, and other shops. The area was residential with many historic houses.

This property is a classic Philadelphia “Trinity“ historic building (three above ground stories, each with one primary room, and kitchen in the cellar). It is exactly the style of property. We wanted to stay in because we were coming to learn about Philadelphia. This property is spotlessly clean and carefully decorated — a real jewel box of a home!
The location is great, being near buzzing South Street and walkable to most everything touristy.
No dislikes (other reviews provide appropriate caution about the stairs for older people, or those with less mobility).
