Location, staff
Curtains need to be changed. There are plenty of tears on the curtains.

The owner is a really nice person!
The garden was nice. Flat was pretty big.
Restaurants are just in 5 minutes walking distance.
It was very dirty(((( spiderwebs was almost in every corner. There is no place within the territory to eat, and restaurants are opening pretty late.

Location was good for my trip. Security man on arrival was very helpful and so was the owner when I had a query. Apartment was clean and comfortable.
The wifi was very slow at times. The kitchen could do with a few more items for cooking for example a chopping board to prepare food and perhaps another couple of small pots/pans for cooking. Some instructions to work the air conditioning unit would be helpful too.
