Logement très fonctionnel, propreté irréprochable. Décoration moderne, soignée, et réalisée avec goût. L'espace est très bien occupé. Réactivité de notre hôte vis-à-vis des renseignements demandés.
Un léger bémol pour le bruit occasionné par le passage des véhicules.

Présence d'un lave-linge (non utilisé). Peu cher (heureusement). Assez bien équipé (serviettes, draps...).
Très (trop) petit logement pour 2 personnes, lit court (1,80 m ?) et petite douche ; un peu éloigné du centre ville (Faubourg de Béré) et donnant sur une rue passante => assez bruyant. Casseroles dont le revêtement anti adhésif est très abîmé. Propreté seulement correcte. Peu avant notre arrivée, l'hôte nous a informé que le ménage n'était pas compris (rare et pas vu sur Booking) dans le tarif et nous a demandé un supplément de 15€ en espèces si nous ne réalisions pas le ménage.
