The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped — we had everything we needed for the whole stay. Communication with the host was easy and quick, and the check-in went completely smoothly. Overall a great place to stay and we'd happily come back.
The only small downside was the Wi-Fi — the signal of Guest wifi in the apartment was weaker than we'd hoped and it slowed down when we were all connected. There was an AP directly in apartment, but we didn`t get the password to that one.

Location - close to the lake and to the city center.
Spacious apartment and the terrace.

Very nice place, comfortable beds, plenty of space for 3-4 people. Easy walk down to the Grünberg gondola, the lake, and the center of Gmunden. The parking is very convenient and included in the stay.
The WiFi didn’t work well and I find it a little annoying that we had to take our own trash out when we’re already paying a lot to stay there (this isn’t Airbnb!). But these are minor things. The place is great and I’d be happy to stay there again.

Bit loud and noisy during the day(probably the petrol station which is next to the building )
