Great apartment for families

Second time staying in the apartment. The room was clean and well maintained, with all necessary facilities. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is convenient and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Some corners may need to be repainted, but it did not affect the stay. Good value for money.

A second stay in this residence ! rating /trying a second apartment

This was the second time i stay in a Traunseeresidence ! I took a different apartment this time . It was nice , cosy and clean

I didn't appreciate the fact that there were nonextra blankets because it was cold and the heating wasnt effective ! So i ended up sleeping with thick flees socks , really thick trousers and also two shirts and a jumper ! I hope they will take into consideration the fact that some people have a low cold tolerance when they go to bed as their body's temperature remarkably goes down !

Cozy apartman in central location

Cosy apartman with balcony (we stayed in nr 4 Jade), 5 min walk from the city center. It comes with a parking place and bike storage. The kitchen and the apartman is well equipped with nice furnitures.

It was noisy because it is just next to a very busy road crossing Gmunden for other big cities, cars are running fast and continously. If you expect a silent mountain retriet this is not the one, however the central location is convenient. In the bedroom there was a king size bed, however for some reason it was covered with a thin, soft and most uncomfortable cover mat. I stongly recommend for the owner to remove it. They did not answered to my questions during our stay on Booking so I went to the tourist office and they gave me the Salzkammergut card and replied to all my questions.

Just amazing

We had a wonderful weekend stay with friends! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped — everything we needed was there. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from a beautiful lake. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — communication was flawless from start to finish. She made everything easy and comfortable for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting!

Washing machine not usable as the machine door couldn’t be opened, handle of the toaster is broken. The blind in the balcony is twisted and not functioning properly. There’s no fly screen on the windows, bugs/flies came in at night. Extremely poor lighting in the living room. The spare pillows in the wardrobe are very dirty with hairs on them! Broken front for handle which can be pulled straight out from the outside! No light at all in the car park, needed to use a torch light at night. Lastly, we were requested to put the rubbish out ourselves before we leave, even though it wasn’t a big deal, it didn’t make the holiday pleasant when time need be spent on these things. When we addressed the appliance issues, friendly staff attended immediately the next day morning, however it didn’t help as we were about the checkout that morning. Given the high price tag, these little things should have been taken care of prior to guests arrival.

Broken keypad for the door not fixed & too bright for sleeping

Very nice design, impeccably clean, friendly housekeeper

The blinders seem to be made of a thin white paper-like material, and our bedroom was filled with bright light from before 6am which made it difficult to sleep. The keypad on our door didn’t work and we couldn’t enter the flat. When we contacted the provided number, they opened the door for us remotely but didn’t fix the keypad, so we lost a lot of time each time we needed to enter the apartment. What I really disliked was the attitude of the person we contacted, s/he simply didn’t believe us, and just said that the smart lock is fully charged. Which turned out to be true for the internal unit but not for the keypad. Had they believed us when we first notified them, we could have had a less stressful stay.

Very nice place.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, comfortable beds, short walk to cafes/shops/river/lake, free parking, balcony. It's a really lovely apartment. The most comfortable stay we had on our trip.

Little details but here is is: clothes washer door stuck closed so could not use it. Manager responded quickly when notified but we were only there one night and didn't have enough time to do laundry before take-off. Freezer really needs to be defrosted but forgot to tell Manager. Room wasn't ready: we showed up 5 minutes after booking and they readied it very quickly but should not have shown it available to book if it was not.

A perfect apartment when staying in Gmunden

We felt just like home, this place is perfect. We arrived to a clean apartment, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen. We had a covered parking spot for our car as well. Highly recommended!!

All in all, a good apartment from which you can go on star tours in the entire lake area, highly recommend.

The place is within walking distance of the center of the town, we sleep in a large apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, two balconies and a beautiful view towards the town and the lake. Everything we asked from the staff we received with a smile and courtesy.

There is only one toilet in the entire large apartment, which created a bit of pressure for a family of five.

The whole apartment is new, very clean and cozy. Everything was great. The bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen had every facility that we needed such as a capsule coffee machine, microwave, toaster etc. we will stay again if we go there again.

Lovely place! Comfortable, spacious, very clean and well equipped place, comfortable beds, good internet connection, assigned parking! Easy contactless check in with a door code! Great Location! The host was kind and professional, responding to any inquires quickly. We will definitely return! We had an wonderful stay there!

Just Excellent!

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. You could tell they invested money in the accommodation (comfortable mattress, pillows,ect.) so the hosts make you feel like at home. Kids and dog friendly too! Very good entry with Nuki. We would come back definitely :)

Price vs. overall perception was rather letdown.

All good in respect of communication/information - clear and straightforward. Modern flat close to city centre (in walking distance). Well equipped and clean.

NUKI code is not working well - you need to insert code sometime 2-4 times before it open the door which is quite annoying. Flat itself is missing some basics like chopping board+microwave is located on the kitchen desk so no place for kitchen works even though there is slot for it in the kitchen. The flat seems to be a bit not finalised (missing light over kitchen or missing window shades (very annoying in the evening). Freezer was dirty - we had to clean it. Garbage room in the cellarage was horrible - smell so strong that it was almost impossible to thrash the garbage there. Quite busy street below windows.

Great location Apartment is larg and refreshing with big windows and balcony and new furniture Washing machine in the bathroom and very nice two bathrooms I would definitely book it again if i come to the city Btw city is wonderful and its really good place to rest between Salzburg and Vienna
