All good but the standard is low.

I found the place wonderful and the host very friendly. It is a little cozy in the room, but overall it is great value for the money. We plan to stay there again when we visit Byala.

The location is very good, quiet, nice verandah with garden views. The bedroom and verandah walls are painted with beautiful murals. The bar and dining area is shaded from the sun and inside there is a lovely water feature. Only five minutes walk to main thoroughfare, cafes, tourist information, shops, town hall, restaurants. A walk down the hill to the beach passing shops, cafes, children’s play areas needs a good level of fitness to return back up the steps and rise back to the main thoroughfare and guest house. For those keen to find a wild beach this is a good place to start your adventure of finding Karadere Beach having 5km of beautiful Sandy beaches where wild camping is allowed. A rough track to access the shore only for the competent driver, 4x4, mountain biker or hiker. Be prepared and take water, other protective supplies, during the hot summer with you. Ask someone in the know for directions. The local beaches are beautiful. In the summer you will find wild campers in the woods above the beach and others on the sands with their tents. The sea is warm in the summer months. Vineyards, Sunflowers, beautiful countryside surrounds Byala. 💚💚💚💚💚

A slight issue with the WC signs on first floor as a neighbouring guest said they had paid for the use of this as a private shower and WC. This caused distress for the other guest. Perhaps a Private sign and a key would ensure other guests do not use the lavatory which has a clear and obvious W.C. Sign and is kept unlocked. Easily resolved and would prevent disharmony between guests. My language skills did not give me the opportunity to explain this to the owner and it was on the last morning that the other guest had expressed distress at discovering her loo seat had been placed in the upright position. I needed to apologise but she was still very unhappy. Having only one key my Husband needed to use a lavatory and saw the WC sign. Oops! Pillows need replacing as worse for wear and stained, no pillow covers underneath the clean pillowcases. A slightly thicker mattress would make the stay more comfortable. The house, owners, environment, bar area all really pleasing. Very good value for money and the place is generally clean and well maintained. Simple, basic, all one needs with AC extra payment well worth the small cost in summer. Thanks. 🌱

Къщата не е близо до плажа, но може да се отиде с кола, има достатъчно парко места до плажа, може да се иде пеша разбира се, а може и да се вземе електрическо колело под наем. Къщата не е на съвсем тихо място, наоколо има много други къщи, а покрай всички тях пътища, по които минават коли и мотори.

Аз се възползвах от най-ниска цена и не се оплаквам, но все пак обзавеждането е доста старо, а в едната стая се чува постоянен шум от работата на водна помпа.
