Clean and nice staff
They need to check the items inside the room to work properly before checking in guests.The iron in our room was faulty and damaged a pair of trousers.Additionally they need to make sure that the night security personnel is walking through the building to make sure that other guests are not partying in their room (banging doors and shout)until 4am .

Everything!!! From checking in, the lady at reception was lovely and very friendly.. as was all reception staff, very helpful indeed..the maid service was very good too..the 2 ladies were lovely and very pleasant.
5 star all the way.
There was nothing we didn't like.
