Quiet place to stay in charming small wood house.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. There were some definite positives, but a very significant negative u

I found the bed linens to be very clean and fresh, which was appreciated.

However, the overpowering smell in the room was a major issue. It was a stale, musty odor, like a combination of old mold and a house that had been closed up for years. As the hotel is in an old building, I expected some character, but this was beyond acceptable. The smell was so strong and unpleasant (frankly, it felt creepy and reminiscent of decay) that it gave me a feeling of dread and I was unable to sleep properly.

all the occupants were asked to fill up the forms which could have been reduced to collecting the passport information. however , the receptionist was very helpful and kind

Very dated but spacious apartment in a great location

- Lots of space and everything worked well (good shower, well-equipped kitchen). - Easy parking right outside front door. Great location for winter sports and good for getting to Engadin and Bergün areas. - Quiet at night (although no one was in the other apartments when we were there). - Always warm enough even when outdoor temperature dipped below minus 10C. - Good value for the area.

- Expected hand soap to be provided. Inconvenient to arrive late at night and find there was none. - Better curtains needed - one bedroom has no curtains, the other two bedrooms have very thin curtains that don't cover the whole window. For a ground floor apartment right next to a road need a bit more privacy! - Mattress on the double bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The single beds have different mattresses which are much more comfortable. - All furnishing are very dated with a lot of holes/scratches/dents, drawers very wobbly or don't close, etc. Even for the relatively low price some things were a bit too shabby and are in need of updating/replacing.

It is a bit simple, we missed courtains or windows' doors cause the street is next to the apartement and they can see you perfectly.

It was a clean, comfortable, rustic cottage, with a well equipped kitchen, was a good value for money.

Basic toiletries were not provided, when asked were informed that these are provided only for a Hotel room but not for a whole apartment. Also keep in mind, the trash needs to be disposed off at a designated area by ourselves, or else we have to pay a nominal charge for disposal.

Einfach, aber gut und günstig.

Kleine Wohnung; Möglichkeit zum selber kochen. Einfach, aber es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Ruhig, trotz der Lage an der Strasse. Gute Betten. Restaurant über die Strasse, bei Bedarf. Wunderschöne Umgebung zum Wandern.

Rustikales Apartment am Fusse des Juliers

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, Parkplatz gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Bushaltestelle, Volg etc… Relativ gute Ausstattung, selbst ein Fondue-Set war vorhanden. Ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen etc. vorhanden. Kein Fernseher, dafür Bücher. Betten bequem.

Als wir ankamen mussten wir zuerst mal die Küche putzen, alles war fettig und das Geschirr schmutzig. Tische sind schön aber unpraktisch zum sitzen. Kein Licht beim Sofa Sehr ringhörig, wenn die anderen Apartments besetz sind, hört man fast jedes Wort oder den Wecker. Kein Spülmittel, keine Seifen. Der Abfall muss am Schluss entsorgt werden, dafür braucht man aber einen Gebühren-Sack welchen man im Volg bekommt. Wurde uns aber erst nach x mal nachfragen wo man den Abfall entsorgen soll, mitgeteilt. Evt wäre eine Info dafür in den Apartments von Vorteil. Die Treppe zum Haus sollte dringend Saniert werden.
