Kudos to Happy Rentals! Even without meeting the team face-to-face, their communication and support were outstanding—always clear, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The apartment was well equipped and in a great location. It was one of my best rental experiences, and I would definitely recommend Happy Rentals and book with them again.

Need upgrade to the interior

Location. Quality of apartments is high and still good value for money.

Building is looking its age. Water leakage/condensation issues in the pool area. Many light bulbs not replaced. Pool temp too low. Ski lockers no longer in use. Spa has closed (which I knew but still sad)

1. The location is very good. Close to Chaomnix, and there is a train station right next to it. 2. The bedlinens, bathtoom, toilet, seemed very clean. 3. Balcony and great view outside. 4. Free groundfloor parking. Each room has a reserved parking space. 5. When it came to changes in changes of my duration of stay, staff was quick to respond.

Considering that the property was listed as a 5-star apartment/residence (not a 5-star hotel), which in itself generated high expectations for the place, we were proven wrong within the first 10 minutes of arriving. 1. It was advertised as an apartment for 4 ADULTS, with 1 bed for two and TWO sofa beds (writing "2 sofa beds" creates the impression that there are actually two separate sofa beds provided, not just one as it actually is). Considering we were on the move every day and needed to rest properly, we expected the beds to be much more comfortable. The bed felt decent, but the sofa did not. In fact, two of us wanted to leave after the first night because of how badly rested they felt the next day. Before the first night, we messaged Happy Rentals about the bed issue and kindly asked whether another room for two people was available, at an additional cost. They replied with, "The sofa has a pull-out bed at the lower half." - Well, thank you very much, we had realized that already. Because of that, we had to look for alternative accommodation the next day on Airbnb for the other two of us. A minor issue: there were only two sets of soap and shower gel provided, not four. 2. The apartment appeared to be clean, yet there was a smell, which made it hard for me to fall asleep on the first night. 3. The furniture is old and tired. 4. The balcony is a nice feature — until you actually go out there. The bare wooden floor shows years of weathering, and the same can be said of the table and chairs. The clothes-drying rack was in an appalling condition. 5. Kitchenware — one glass had a chip broken off the edge (see pictures). 6. Spa — just forget it. 7. We never used the pool, the sauna, or the gym. The walls in some places were covered with mold. The whole place is in desperate need of renovation.
