We had the most wonderful honeymoon stay at one of the chalets, tucked away from the rest of the world in between the breathtaking mountains – it was everything we wished for and more! From amazing locally sourced cuisine three times per day, great sauna and pool facilities, to the accessibility of various mountain trails. You can really tell the staff pays attention to every detail, and the team is like one big family taking care of all the guests. Breakfast omelette was the best we’ve ever had, there was a big selection of great locally baked bread, and dinner every night was a great restaurant experience. And even the “afternoon snack” was more than a light lunch – with a big selection of pastries to top off your salad and soup. They also had amazing frozen yogurt available during meal times. Room was spacious, bed was very comfy, and balcony had the most wonderful view of the mountains. Overall, this resort provides everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday, far away from everyday worries, to recharge and go back home feeling your best! If you want to do some hiking, make sure to book your stay for at least four nights, because you will want more time to enjoy the resort itself!

Everything was wonderful and better than expected! But if we really have to point anything out, perhaps the drinks seemed to be a bit overpriced for what they were.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön, mitten in beeindruckender Bergwelt.

Das Hotel wird der Kategorie 4*S leider nicht gerecht. Die Zimmer sind trotz Reservierung in die Jahre gekommen, der Großteil des Wellnessbereiches ist veraltet, eng und dunkel und liegt im Keller. Der Infinitypool, mit dem geworben wird ist schön, man muss aber vom restlichen Wellnessbereich 2 Stockwerke durch das Hotel laufen um dort hin zu kommen und im einzig neuen und lichtdurchfluteten Ruheraum gibt es so wenig Liegen, dass man gegen eine Gebühr Liegen reservieren muss um eine zu bekommen. Tee wiederum, gibts dort nocht, sondern nur im Keller. Das Essen ist gut, die Buffets lassen zu wünschen übrig. Möchte man zum Frühstück frische Säfte oder Lachs, so gibt es die wiederum nur gegen Aufpreis (18€). Darüberhinaus sollte man gut aufpassen welches Zimmer man bucht. Unseres (extra Kategorie mit Balkon gebucht) lag direkt im Erdgeschoss neben dem Parkplatz und um 6 Uhr morgens wurde man durch laute Lieferfahrzeuge geweckt. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel wäre es ok, 4*Superior wird es unserer Meinung nicht gerecht.
