    The apartment was so big, we were with family of 2 kids and had got 2 bedroom apartments.

    Greeted by dirty, arrogant, unfriendly receptionist. Took us to room, when she opened the door to the room it was boiling hot inside, I asked how to turn on the AC she said that would be 6.50 euro per day. I asked if she was joking she said no and If I didnt like it I could speak to the manger. Description says recently renovated, I dont know where but was certainly not the room I was in. Room was basic with the cheapest of furniture. On entry to the room there was a picture hanging on the wall, it was totally squint, not such a big deal but it shows that the people servicing the room dont really care too much and dont appear to have too much pride on what they do. Towels are changed every 3 to 4 days!!! Disgusting. I checked out one week early, I went to reception to check out and waited and waited, I eventually had to go look for someone whop couild help, I foud the same person sitting in the guest area with her feet up on a table chatting on her mobile. She checked me out but could not refund the one week I had paid for the AC as this needed to be done by a manager!!! I work in this industry and know how important these reviews are, with this in mind, each time I do one I always find the positive, not on this occassion--place is dreadful with dirty arrogant staff.
