Professionally run family hotel in the heart of Kobarid.

Location was great, a few minutes walk to the Kobarid Museum. There was limited parking out back. The elevator artwork is fun! This might be the only real "hotel" (not a guesthouse) in Kobarid?? Professionally run by a family. Everything was fine and clean and comfortable. Friendly desk staff.

Be aware there is no A/C, though it cools down at night and we didn't miss it at all. A small fridge in the room would have been great. Bathroom setup was a little awkward, but absolutely functional.

A gem of a stay in Kobarid

What stood out more than anything was the wonderful, helpful and friendly staff! Tea, Tanja at front desk were awesome, as was Nate in the restaurant. Dinner and service was phenomenal. Breakfast was nothing special, but several good choices for a start the day. I was traveling solo, so room was super small, but comfortable bed and nice little bathroom. No a/c but a fan provided worked very well. Location and free parking was the best. Overall, a lovely experience and I would definitely stay there again on my return.

The bar/ restaurant across the street was a bit noisy. I like to have windows open for fresh air, especially in a small room. Not really possible because there were several loud talking people.

The food in the restaurant excellent. Loved the bathtub, eventhough the bathroom itself seemed a bit outdated.

The interior style was from around 1990, but it was clean. Breakfast was very basic, but everything was there. So the hotel was ok, but (compared to other hotels) the price was a bit too high for what we got.

Best hotel in town on a great location

This is simply the best hotel in Kobarid. Our room might have been just a bit larger, but apart from that everything was very much OK. Central location, parking spot, nice balcony. If ever in Kobarid, go to this hotel

Comfortable hotel, with free parking right in centre of town

Although the hotel looks a little dated the rooms are a good size and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is very good and they provide a great breakfast

Excellent location and with parking. Very helpful and friendly receptionist. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being on a main street.

Bathrooms could do with modernization. Breakfast was adequate, nothing exceptional.

The breakfast was good. Nice selection of yoghurt and cheeses from local producers. The hotel’s restaurant was not cheap but the food and wine were excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Beautiful hotel that has been renovated recently. We even had a fan which we never had in other hotels. The breakfast was very good. Location is great because it's surrounded by some very good restaurants.

Exceeded expectations with room size and cleanliness

The hotel was clean, and the room was very spacious. We expected a smaller room and were pleasantly surprised by the size. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was parking available which was key for us. And the hotel is just a short drive from our main event. The town itself is small but very beautiful, and everyone spoke English.
