A good time for younger people

Loved how close it was to the beach, the room they gave me after extending was exactly the room i wish i gotten from the beginning. People staying were nice and some staff were welcoming. The volunteers made the trip better and the people I met, although some staff working behind the desk were unkind, snappy and not interested in helping.

Lots of hassle with room changes because they put me in a hostel, which i did pay for or want, second room the shower was blocked and bed sheets werent changed throughout the whole week. I had to ask several times and were denied but they gave me an extra towel. Otherwise the mosquito repellant wasnt working and no hairdryer in the room i stayed until the last two days when I moved into a 3 bed room which had everything you'd want for a comofortable stay near the beach.

Amazing view, member of staff super kind and available, lovely position for us that we like a bit of a walking, lots of activities to do.

The WiFi often did not work, they do not really clean the room properly. Beds are bit uncomfortable and they do not make cappuccino

Great accommodation and great attitude. Delicious food. I really liked that they take you to the beach if you are on crutches.

The downside is that there is no Wi-Fi in the room.

Generally satisfies but could use a lot of improvements

The property was close to the beach and not too far from airport by bus, not too far from good restaurants shops and bars

The property was advertised to be on the beach which it was not, but up a steep hill. The beds were rock solid and the shower wasn’t even attached to the wall. So overpriced for what it is.

I loved the beaches directly connected to the hotel grounds, the dinners were amazing, lovely staff

10€ all you can eat breakfast, 15€ all you can eat dinner, with a decent variety to choose from. The Whatsapp social group really opens up the social aspect. The hotel had a lot of activities to choose from. And the staff spoke really well english. That alone is a big plus for me.

there are a "lot" of stairs to walk to the beach, but it is a direct route, so I wouldn't even count it as a negative aspect really. the hostel part is directly at the beach! :)

Really disappointed, this is a budget hotel target to backpackers and US teenagers on spring break.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

No internet connection in room. Hand held shower. Smelly bathroom. Steep hill climb from amenities up a really busy road. No nearby amenities. No kettle or cups/glasses in room. Facade in poor condition (black mould up walls, no landscaping. Ants in room. Very noisy air conditioning and fridge. Poor pool area with broken umbrellas.

Affordable but quite a distance from the airport - cost us 40 euros to get the taxi there

affordable and we got a balcony facing the sea which was really nice and the beds were good too Toilet area was a decent size Great staff that are very helpful Dinner and breakfast is pretty cheap and it is tasty They have a shuttle bus which runs a few times a day and is 15 euros return per person per day

There was a strong smell of sulfur/ rotting eggs coming from the plug in the shower, which during the night was very strong .... The location is quite a distance away from the old town and the airport

Excellent location, amazing staff, amazing support and services, You must try the breakfast with the view! I would highly recommend.

You can't get the used towels replaced with ease - make sure you speak to the reception about how they do it as ours didn't get replaced automatically once in 3 days despite us dropping the used towels on the floor which usually is a sign to request a towel change.

We loved our stay in Pink Palace, great place and very nice and kind people.

Amazing view of the sea and cliff from the balcony. Breakfast super - both for vegan and non-vegan always fresh fruits, eggs, cheese, ham, nice location with the sea view, although we had a little walk to a restaurant. Very nice and helpful staff.

Music at the bar during lunch was a bit too noisy, but after we moved our sunbeds it was ok.
