    The only good thing about this hotel is its excellent location —it is very convenient and close to everything. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Poor Air Conditioning: The hotel lobby was very hot and stuffy. Furthermore, the air-con in the room was not cold enough, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep. Cleanliness Issues: The entire hotel felt a bit dirty and was not well-maintained. The housekeeping definitely needs improvement. A good location is not enough to make up for the lack of comfort and hygiene. Would not recommend.
