Very nice place to stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff without exception. Food in general was good, and Sunday lunch was exceptional. Room was comfortable although decor was a little tired. Well situated in Cheddar.
Only caveat - the room was at the front and the traffic noise from the road was extremely loud. Earplugs were provided but I struggle to sleep with those things.
But I would go back so overall a positive relaxing weekend.

Lovely clean room.
Very polite staff, even gave us bottles of water for our journey home.
Breakfast was really nice plenty to choose from.
Bar and restaurant had plenty to choose from.
A very enjoyable stay.
