Staff members was friendly and polite with us,food was very good,parking was not available at all,really hard to find a place….unless we were going to private place which was very expensive.

Receptionist was absolutely fantastic - so helpful. The hotel is spotless and sparkling.
Food in the evening (buffet) is not for the UK palate I think - I ate there one evening and didn't enjoy it. Breakfast okay. Waiting staff excellent.
To get nice eating places a walk into Lloret is needed, but it is a really easy walk.

Pool. Kids just love it. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Food was top notch. Only one complain - acoustic in building was poor - nights included.
