While the room and the bathroom were clean, there was nothing in the kitchen: no pots and pans, no plates, no glasses, no mugs, no cutlery, no teakettle, no toaster. When inquiring at the front desk was told that there were some "kits" that were available on a first come first served basis. No such kits were available during my three bight stay, This should be spelled out. What is the use of a kitchen if there is nothing to cook or eat with?

Upon arrival, I realized I made a mistake in room type. Die that my stay was for recuperation of a surgery, I needed a room with two beds and by mistake I reserved a room with one bed. Upon check in I realized the mistake and went directly to the reception and asked politely if I could change rooms. I am an executive for a large hotel chain so I understand the process when reserving with Expedia. The staff at the front desk, although very polite, could not help. I offered to pay the fee for the change and they said they could not proceed. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was never contacted by a supervisor and therefore was denied the change in room for the 7 nights of my stay which made it very uncomfortable for my recovery. Also the inroom cleaning service and re-supply is non existant and you are charged for everything. All and all, staff very polite but non helpfull at all.

I had a really bad experience. I made the reservation an hour before to arrive and at the time we (my familiy & I) arrived they take a long time in order to gave us the access to our room, then when we arrived to the room the key doesn’t work and I had to return to lobby to fix it and then when I open the door we found it really dirty, nobody cleaned it prior another person came. It was the worse thing I’ve ever had in an hotel.

It is a great place for a long term stay. The fact that is in front of the Hospital makes it very convenient. Their staff is very friendly and they are always glad to help.

Front desk Service was not friendly. Hallway area smelled like Cannibis. According to front desk it takes from several minutes to 3 hours for the reservation made through Expedia to clear their system. I had to wait 33 minutes before I was permitted to check in. Toilet paper was minimal and entry doors were open and unlocked. Restroom fan was super loud. I could hear the one in my restroom and the next door restroom . Other than those things I guess it is ok for an emergency with no other option. Thank you.

Hotel is nice and well equipped but they don't have any coffee offered, I had to drive for a coffee and took me a half hour to get breakfast, there is nothing close by. Sorry, instant coffee and hot water that is sold at the hotel don't count, they should offer something seeing that there is nothing close by

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and had loungers. Staff was friendly.
