Everything is clean comfortable and fully functional. Great grocery nearby, great food and chill atmosphere in town. We were fortunate enough to witness an eagle spear a fish out of the lake right in front of us, minutes after we arrived. Beautiful AuSable river nearby. Very good birdwatching at the lighthouse just down the beach. Excellent “Up North “ experience.

I took my family there several times when they were young. Always had great, positive times. This time I was by myself. Met Louie at the resort and he gave me a tour of the unit. I completely enjoyed my time there and will be going back this summer. I recommend this resort to families, couples, or if you're by yourself. You won't regret it. It's laid back, quiet, and scenic.

Rooms clean, nice kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, table, pull out couch in the room that had 2 bedrooms. Loved the beach, firepit and wood provided. Kayak's available for use. Close to Walmart and downtown Tawas City.
