    Check in was easy and the attendant was lovely and very helpful. Was able to check in early after arriving around noon. Good location easy walk to southbank and restaurants and supermarkets close by. Great spot with kids with a park next door. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying again

    Overall stay was good. Location ok, apartment ok for price. Arrival was fairly stressful, location to collect keys hard to get to with a family(young kids) no where to park busy traffic etc. Nice enough staff, instructions were hard to follow but seemed to be accommodating when asking for options to unload luggage. Overall the apartment was clean but there were lots of stains on the carpets and in the bathroom areas. Views were amazing, we were on floor 51. Kitchen was good, although no frying pan but other than that had the essentials. Bedrooms were small and a bit squishy to move around in but manageable. Worst parts was the blinds did not fully cover the windows so light shone through early disturbing everyone. Good location for walking to most Southbank areas and even fed square. Not much public transport really close/at the door to get around easy with kids. But playground basically downstairs which was good. Parking was a bit of a joke at the cost as well so recommend looking around and pre booking else where. Overall probably would stay again if needed to be in the Southbank area with kids.
