The manager is a gentleman.We got off to a difficult star because I was late arriving and did not realise that checkin was after 2pm but also before 4 pm.However, I stayed an extra day and the manager was very helpful and kind.
If you treat them with respect, they will return the respect.

We stayed here for an overnight to be close to Malpensa for our flight. The host was excellent! Very friendly and courteous, offering to carry my girlfriend's bags to our room upon check-in. Comfortable stay and the service was excellent, will be back again.
