We booked the new modern deluxe rooms in the newer part, this option presents a very good price performance ratio as these ones are very comfortable, modern, clean and have a reasonably sized balcony with nice glazing. Manager is very friendly and helpful. Free sundbeds and umbrella in a beach club not far away.
Generally, the property needs some renovation works, pool is little bit outdated, breakfast and dinner area looks also aged. We didn't try the very cheap dinner option as there are multiple great restaurants close, but we tried the very basic breakfast just once.
Finally, if you look for a moderate priced accommodation in this area, it will be a good option. For us and besides the great new rooms, a little too basic.

Just left and what a wonderful place, we’ve stayed in many hotels in Greece and the staff are always lovely but in sunny garden they go above and beyond, truly amazing people. Our room was a little dated but for the price and what we wanted it for was perfect, the pool is nice and everything always clean, the bar is great, Yiannis and Angelica are amazing. would 100% come back! Yiannis said at the start he wants it to feel like home, and it did
